Our kitchen

A family kitchen on Whyte Ave

Fattoush is a small, family-run restaurant at Whyte Ave and 102 St. We cook Middle Eastern food the way we make it at home: shawarma that sits in its marinade for a full day, kibbeh with a crisp shell and a spiced beef filling, lentil soups, and salads dressed with our own recipes.

The sauces and spice blends start in our kitchen too. The fattoush dressing, the toum and the seasoning on the spicy potatoes are our own recipes.

Fattoush

The dish we share a name with

Fattoush, the salad

A fresh and zesty Levantine favorite! Crisp romaine lettuce tossed with juicy tomatoes, crunchy cucumbers, sweet red onions, sliced radishes, green peppers, fresh mint, and fragrant parsley. Finished with crispy pita chips, a drizzle of tangy pomegranate, and our signature house-made Fattoush dressing.

Add grilled chicken skewers or our homestyle marinated chicken – just $6 extra

House specialty

The stuffed artichoke

A true family favorite! Tender artichoke stuffed with ground beef, fresh mushrooms, garlic, onion, and tomatoes, cooked in olive oil with house spices. Served with fragrant raisin saffron rice, crisp fattoush, and cool tzatziki.
